Scored concrete, also commonly called cut concrete, is a great look for almost any patio. Whether you have a specific pattern or design in mind or simply like the rough, deep grout lines, this is truly the most custom decorative concrete choice.  Also, unlike stamping, scored concrete can be done on dry cement, cutting lines in concrete, meaning no new patio or overlay needs to be poured. So, it is a great choice for concrete renovation.  We draw your specific look onto the slab with a pencil then cut and chisel along the drawn line, creating your custom patio. Stain the “grout” lines for dramatic contrast.  Scored concrete is great for concrete flooring indoors or out.  You can combine scored concrete with texture stamping if you like the rock texture but with your own pattern cut into it.  In summary, if you want custom patterned concrete, but you want a pattern that isn't available as a stamp, scored concrete is a great option for you.
